10 companies in our Tampa directory name Odessa as a service area on their own website. They are ranked by the same published score as the main table. Checked October 23, 2026.
How the score works (0–100): 75 points from a Bayesian-weighted Google rating, up to 15 from years in business, up to 10 from finish breadth. The weighted rating = (reviews × rating + 20 × 4.3) / (reviews + 20), so a 5.0 from 3 reviews doesn't outrank a 4.8 from 300. Companies whose rating we could not verify get the 4.3 prior. No company paid for its rank. Full methodology.

Highest rated: best pool resurfacing companies in Odessa. Prices: resurfacing cost in Tampa (2026).
Before you hire: read the cost and finish guide and check the contractor's Florida license on the DBPR license search, and ask your city or county whether your job needs a permit (we did not find a published Tampa Bay-area rule specific to resurfacing, so ask, especially if plumbing, electrical, deck or screen-enclosure work is included).
